Information About Submission and Process

• Abstracts must be in two languages; one is English and the other one is either Turkish or Arabic.
• There is a limitation for applicants from Türkiye which is %45.
• Applicants from Türkiye need to present their paper face to face, while applicants from other countries may present online or face to face.
• Symposium abstract and proceeding books will be published in 2022 after a blind review process.
• Accommodation and meals will be covered by the organization.
