Dear Colleagues,
Changes in youth in every era and generation has been one of the major fields of research. Topics such as demographical direction of the youth population and its social changes, its perception and practice of religion, its psychological expectations and needs have been studied by the related disciplines through various disciplinary and interdisciplinary approaches.
Due to the global pandemic, like many other areas, there have been serious changes in the expectations and problems of the youth population too. Therefore, it has become more important to analyze, explore and study these changes their future trajectories. Because of this situation, qualified studies on the youth period will be strong fulcrum for the political regulations in the future.
Youth studies must be reproduced and checked frequently since the dynamism of its range of age group. By this notion, Sakarya University Youth Studies Application and Research Center, in cooperation with Sakarya Metropolitan Municipality, have decided to organize an international symposium. The aim of the symposium is to discuss, explore and analyze the issue in an interdisciplinary way with a wide perspective by deepening the critical and scientific knowledge. We invite you scholars to contribute to the symposium.
